Quality Insights Quality Innovation Network

Quality Insights Quality Innovation Network is a five-state network funded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). As part of the national Everyone with Diabetes Counts (EDC) initiative, we work to improve health outcomes and reduce issues of disparities among people with Medicare who have diabetes through offering free diabetes self-management education. Additionally, we work to improve heart care, help doctors with electronic health records (EHRs), provide educational tools and resources, assist hospitals and nursing homes in reducing and avoiding healthcare-acquired infections and conditions, and more.
