The Morristown United for Healthy Living team represents the first grant-funded initiative of the North Jersey Health Collaborative.
Our mission is to build a culture of health in Morristown’s census tract 435 by fostering teamwork, the sharing of resources, engaging the community, assessing neighborhood specific needs, and collaboratively creating and implementing action plans to address these needs.
Our vision is to reduce health disparities and promote health equity to assure that census tract 435 is a healthy place for all residents to live, work, and play.

The Morristown United steering committee invites you to join our coalition and work with us to make our vision a reality. As a member of the coalition, you will be asked to, 1) Review data on the needs of the community and share insights, 2) Work with other organizations and residents to create plans to address our priority areas, 3) Share time and resources (when applicable and as you are willing) to implement the coalition’s collaborative action plan.
