This is a demonstration of the collaboration of multiple organizations sharing a common goal and implementing services, programs and interventions that may ultimately improve health outcomes. Rutgers Cooperative Extension 1,500 Individuals Impacted

2000 Union County residents attended nutrition class in groups of 30. 75% of participants demonstrated improved knowledge of nutrition in a post class assessment

 

81 Indiviudals Impacted from Improved BMI through Nutrition Education

OUTPUT 989 Conducted 22 Healthy Cooking Workshops and Nutrition Seminars to the Following populations: Children and Adults in At-Risk, low income areas, Children and Adults with Special Needs, Senior Populations, General Population. Provided Personal Training and Community exercise programs in Union County. Improved knowledge of healthy nutrition and improved eating habits as per self-reporting. Provided One-to-One personal training and Small Group Personal Training and Nutrition Programs to Private Clients 87 people reduced their BMI over the course of 2019
