This is a demonstration of the collaboration of multiple organizations sharing a common goal and implementing services, programs and interventions that may ultimately improve health outcomes. Organizations that provided outreach and educational materials are also listed below.

23 out of 37 (62%) of eligible Sussex County Schools, Grades Kindergarten through 6th grade reported their BMI data.
Underweight- 178, Normal or Healthy Weight- 3785, Overweight- 1005, Obese- 946
